In July 2012, Leading Minds in association with PearceMayfield (UK) have delivered a PRINCE2 project management workshop for the UNIFIL team in Nakoura. The workshop was delivered for 3 days at UNIFIL head quarter by John Edmonds from the UK.
Leading Minds has cooperated with UN, UNDP and ESCWA on different projects and workshops. These organizations standardize on the methodology of PRINCE2.
PRINCE2 is an internationally accepted Project Management method describing how to manage a project in a logical and organized way offered by Leading Minds.
PRINCE2 is not a tool or a technique but a structured project management methodology. It is easily tailored and can be applied to all varieties of projects and situations.
